Tips number one: get a recommendation from your friends, family member, and your neighbor, because these are the people that can introduce a perfect negotiator for you to help you to speed up their sales process. Tips number two: check the online property portal and look for an area specialist. How to define they are the specialist of the area? If they are the specialist of the area, they will post a lot of the same area property in the portal and after that, you could take down their phone number and also can find them in other social media, like Youtube, Facebook. Look at their activities or some of the things that they probably do in the past, from there, then you can get, you can give them a call. Then after that, ask them to send you some of their client testimonial about this person. So with that then you will be able to assess, and also to filter and choose the best real estate agents that you can work together. Tips number three: you can get a recommendation from the management office at the high rise building if you are buying a condominium service, apartments, SOHO, SOVO, and also you can talk to some tenants who live in the condominium or in the service apartment, ask them to recommend their negotiator to you. So these are the specialist in the area that can help you. If it is a commercial property still doing the same, you need to talk to the management and ask them to recommend areas specialist to you.
