Hi guys welcome to Amenny property tv channel. In today's video, I'm going to share with you about a book called money making system by the author named Dc Cordova, one of my life mentors, and how this book helped me to build my real estate business. I still remember I attended a training called business entrepreneur school in 2007 and during the time I'm having my big life crisis, I almost lost everything in life. I lost my two houses, which means my two investment properties. The reason why I did miss this mistake Is I didn't have good planning in my life, I couldn't multitask at the time, I don't have my team, I don't have my business automation and I don't have a good business model. The reason I fail in my business and my life is because of these three reasons. First I'm lacking planning and I don't have enough of my skill and knowledge to skill up and also to manage my business. The second one I'm lacking in financial management. When I stop working I'm not able to pay my property installments. The third one is I'm lacking a business system that can work without me. So these are the main three reasons that I failed in my business back then before I read this book. Today I'm going to share with you what is the key point and what is the concept that actually in this book helped me to create my real estate business again and help me to build my 200 people team and also I’ve been using this system to build a few businesses. Let me introduce myself, my name is Amenny and I'm a property entrepreneur, property consultant, and property investor. I started my real estate without any system, without knowing how can I succeed in real estate until I read this book. The first chapter of the book is reviewing what is the difference between people with money and people with no money is the habit, so we need to build our personal habits and also a money habit. What is inside the personal habit is to face the fear with courage, we need to embrace the fear and whatever thing comes to us then we are able to overcome it. The second one, we need to know ourselves very well, what is our strength, what is our weakness and also what is our purpose in life so if we can find our purpose so then we will know that actually what will be the next step that we wanted to do and also down the road three years, five years or ten years what will be our goal and how can we develop a plan to achieve it. Besides that, we need to also be a good student and we need to be a person that actually easy to coach by people, find our mentor in life so if we are big in a certain area then we need to find a mentor which are good in that area so that these people, this person, this mentor can coach us. Besides that, we need to find a group of people that we can work together so that we can leverage, also can work together and do the leveraging on some of the things that these people are very good at and which we are very weak at. So this is the part that actually will be able to help us to close the gap and also to help us to grow ourselves to the next level.
