In today’s video, I’m going to review 3 simple tips that how can you find a zero down payment property during a crisis time. There are 3 reasons why a lot of people are fear to start their investment portfolio. I believe these will be the 3 top reasons that actually in many of the investors so especially this probably their first time that actually they wanted to enter into the property market. Many people keep wondering should I buy the property now or I wait for the property to crash further. We always heard from a lot of people, the property market is going to crash but the question is when? What if after bought the property I couldn’t afford to pay my installment, there are many question marks in their head, Buying their first property or looking into invest in your next property always not the simplest decision. If you stay till the end of this video, I promise you I will review a 3 simple quick steps for you to find a zero down payment property which my few hundred customers have used the same method to identify the right property. Tip number 1, you need to have a plan. You need to build your income statement so that the bank can have your income profile and you need to increase your credit score provided the bank can give you the maximum loans that you are going to apply. Besides that, you need to also identify how much is the installment with the payment that you can afford so that you can identify property that which suitable to loan for the bank. Tip number 2, you need to have people. The first person you need to have is your real estate agent who can help you identify a suitable and right property for your investment. The second one you need to have a good banker who can advise you on your income statement, your credit score, and also how much is your salary that is eligible for the property that you like to purchase, and last but not least, you need to have a good lawyer. If you have any doubt, any inquiries, you can talk to your lawyer for advice. The last tip, Tip number 3, payment. You need to know your money installment, your total outgoing of the month. You need to set aside these payments and also in case you are not able to pay your installment, you need to also research the property rental of that area and who will be the experts or we called it area specialist that who are able to help you to rent out your property in a short period.
